Modification of child support orders or judgments for incarcerated persons

 

DRCPP is also working collaboratively with the Legal Action Center to advocate for the passage of bill #S4684/A8178, sponsored by Senator Ruth Hassell-Thompson and Assemblyman Jeffrion L.
